We use Royal Mail 48HR tracked service and DPD for our deliveries. Due to the current COVID-19 crisis the couriers may be experiencing delays. All non monogrammed orders will be sent out using the 48HR trackable service, however If you require your item sooner then please email info@raefeather.com or phone 01280 734100.
International Delivery
For International sales we have partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record. When you buy via Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by Global-e\Rae Feather and the purchase is subject to Global-e’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in checkout before you place the Order).
All charges will be clearly visible at checkout prior to completing the sale and all orders are sent with Duty paid.
European Delivery
Delivery costs are €12 and free if you spend over €175 and all duties are pre paid.
Rest of the World
All charges will be clearly visible at checkout prior to checking out. Deliveries to the United States are $14 and free if you spend over $220.

Additional charges may apply if you are ordering baskets or Larger items which you will be notified about prior to sending.
Due to increased COVID-19 restrictions, we expect that some orders may take longer than planned to be delivered. We are working hard to reduce delays across our delivery network and apologise for any inconvenience.

Packaging
Baskets and bags are packaged in cotton dust bags and packed in a discreet cardboard box as our standard packaging. Clothing is wrapped in tissue paper and delivered either in a box or tough recycled paper bag. Gift boxes can be purchased separately but are not appropriate for certain sizes of baskets, details are provided on individual product pages where applicable.
Tracking
All parcels are trackable once despatched. Details of your dispatch will be received in your shipping confirmation email
