1. What size should I order?
Many of our designs are created with a relaxed, easy-to-wear fit. Several styles are one-size and suit a range of body types. Specific size guides are available on each product page, but if you're unsure, our customer care team is happy to help with personalised advice.
2. How do I care for my items?
We use natural, breathable fabrics such as cotton, linen and cheesecloth. Most of our pieces can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle. Always check the care label on your garment. To keep items looking their best, we recommend air drying and minimal ironing.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees or duties may apply depending on your location.
4. Can I personalise my order?
Yes, we offer monogramming on selected bags and accessories. You’ll find personalisation options listed on eligible product pages. Please allow additional time for monogrammed items, as these are made to order (normally 1-2 weeks).
5. When will an item be restocked?
We do our best to restock bestselling items. If something you love is out of stock, you can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page or contact our customer care team for more information.
6. Can I return or exchange an item?

7. Where are Rae Feather products made?
We work with skilled artisans and trusted manufacturers in the UK, Europe, India and China. Each piece is made with care, and we strive to maintain ethical and responsible production standards.
8. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards which can be emailed directly to the recipient.
