We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Refunds are usually processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

  • Exchanges: We can only offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or colour, and all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Outlet, Final Sale & Sample Sale Items: Please note these are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Personalised, Made-to-Order & Earrings: These cannot be returned unless faulty.


United Kingdom Returns

  • Returns are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. A cost of £3 will be deducted from your refund unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

  • VERY IMPORTANT - Please print and include the Downloadable returns form.  Print here.

  • Attach your label to the front of your parcel or present the QR code at the Post Office if you don’t have a printer.

If returning by post, please ensure the Returns Form is included inside your parcel and we recommend tracking your parcel.


International Returns

Overseas customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please mark your package clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties or charges.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Earrings and opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • Faulty items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

  • If you’ve received the wrong item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@raefeather.com within 14 days for a replacement or refund.


Special Notes

  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

  • Gift With Purchase items must be returned if the full order is refunded; otherwise, their value will be deducted from your refund.

  • Skin Care: Only unopened items with hygiene seals intact can be returned.
