Please note: You must select Next Day Delivery at checkout to guarantee arrival by Wednesday, 24th December.

Christmas Returns Policy

The festive season is all about gifting well and choosing pieces you know they’ll love. To make things simple, we’ve extended our returns window for Christmas purchases.

Items purchased online or in-store between 1st November 2025 and 25th December 2025 can be returned up to and including 9th January 2026.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in line with our standard policy.

Items returned before 24th December fall under our usual 28-day return timeframe.

Please ensure items are unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. In-store purchases will require proof of purchase.

Gift Returns

If you’ve received a Rae Feather gift and would like to return or exchange it, simply visit one of our stores.
For customers in Ireland, our team will happily offer an exchange or provide a gift card for the value of the item.
